This policy explains how Marino Software Ltd handles personal data collected through the Peregrine website at https://www.get-peregrine.io/. Marino Software Ltd is the data controller.

What we collect and why

• On our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, and enquiry details. We use these to respond to you and follow up about your interest in Peregrine. Please do not include vulnerability details, penetration test results, system credentials, or other sensitive technical information in your enquiry - a general description of your interest is all we need.
• Our hosting automatically records IP address, timestamp, and page requested. We use these for aggregated visitor metrics and site security.

We do not use cookies, analytics scripts, or any other tracking. Our lawful basis for both is legitimate interest. We will ask for your consent before contacting you about anything beyond your original enquiry.

How long we keep it

• Contact form submissions: up to 24 months from your last interaction, then deleted.
• Server access logs: 6 months.

If you become a customer, your data is handled under that engagement instead.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business (hosting, email, CRM), under contract. Some may be outside the EEA, in which case we rely on the appropriate safeguards under data protection law.
